My suggestion would be to read Dummit and Foote first and then read this one just for a good quick recap. Do this chapter wise from Dummit. Although the content of this book is limited to only a typical Undergraduate syllabus and thus a lot of things are missing like Homological Algebra or Nonetherian Rings etc etc which can be sufficiently covered from Dummit .
